As our next Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and optimizing industrial machinery and equipment. Your expertise in mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation will be essential to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across our manufacturing processes.

What You’Ll Be Doing:
- • Adjust and service mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machine components.
- • Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
- • Repair and refurbish mechanical devices, components, and tools.
- • Perform OTC (on-the-call) maintenance services as required.
- • Lubricate machinery, tools, and components to maintain optimal performance.
- • Prepare technical reports, manufacture, and repair machine elements and accessories using machining processes.
- • Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and proper PPE use.
- • Request budgets for maintenance services or material purchases and submit requisitions for approval.
- • Supervise and guide external contractors performing maintenance tasks when necessary.
What We’Re Looking For:
- • Professional or technical course in Maintenance Mechanics (Senai or equivalent high school technical training).
- • Proven experience working with industrial equipment, mechanical devices, and motors.
- • Strong knowledge of compressors, generators, overhead cranes, and automated production lines.
- • Basic knowledge of PLC systems, electrical concepts, hydraulics, pneumatics, and technical drawings.
- • Familiarity with injection molding machines, automated feeding systems, presses, and conveyor mats.
- • Proficiency with general measurement systems.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- • Additional certifications or specialized experience with automated production environments.
- • Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting complex mechanical and automation issues.
