As we expand, we’re looking for multiple Farm Hands, Production Workers, Forklift Operator and Tractor Drivers to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms team based in Mataranka, NT and Douglas-Daly, NT.

Position: Casual Farm Hands, Production Workers, Forklift Operator and Tractor Drivers

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Previous farm experience is an advantage.
• Current driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate availability to start work.
• Willing to stay for the whole harvest period.
• Evidence of work rights.
• Chemical Certification will be advantageous.
• Team player who can work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
