As a Project Coordinator NSW with Energy Bay Developments you will:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of multi-site construction projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance, performance, and safety standards are met.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using industry-standard tools.
  • Provide Ticket of work systems (Procore) support to the field-based staff and construction partners.
  • Prepare and present project reports, tracking progress and identifying risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate ongoing collaboration with the Site Manager through regular team meetings to review project progress, address emerging issues, and monitor cost performance.
  • Coordinate closely with field-based teams to manage change requests, traffic permits, project start dates, and material deliveries, while proactively resolving site-specific design and construction challenges.

You will be successful in the role if you:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Officer role within construction or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive accountability.
  • Strong proficiency in project scheduling and reporting systems (e.g., MS Project, Power BI or similar).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Suitable for individuals with a background in engineering or construction management, looking to advance into project leadership roles.
  • Thrives in high-pressure environments, with a proven ability to respond swiftly and effectively to urgent project demands.
  • Proficient in project management and field coordination platforms, including tools such as Procore, ensuring seamless communication and workflow across teams and sites.
  • A good understanding of electrical, solar and battery construction practices is strongly desired
  • Strong communication skills and a high standard of written communication
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
