Circle K Belgium is looking for a driven and inspiring Manager Field Engineering for the Benelux.

Your challenge
As Manager Field Engineers, you lead a team of 10 colleagues spread across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You are responsible for the maintenance, modernization, and construction of our service stations in the Benelux. You manage a significant investment and maintenance budget and work closely with colleagues within Circle K Europe.
You ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and that our high standards for quality and safety are always met. You optimize processes, encourage collaboration, and are the point of contact for your team, other departments, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 10 field engineers in the Benelux
• Overseeing the maintenance, modernization, and construction of service stations
• Monitoring budgets and optimizing maintenance costs
• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ guidelines and legislation
• Coordinating projects and aligning with other departments
• Optimizing work processes and team performance
• Reporting and documenting projects and installations
• Promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team

What we expect from you
You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate and connect people, even remotely and across borders. You are willing to visit on a regular basis our service stations and to travel to our headquarters in Brussels (Audergem) and about five times a month to the Netherlands (The Hague or in the field) or Luxembourg.

You have a keen eye for quality, safety, and efficiency, and you always maintain an overview in a complex, fast-changing environment. Due to the recent acquisition by Circle K, our organization is in transition, which brings its own set of challenges and changes. We expect you to embrace this dynamic, respond flexibly to new developments, and guide your team through this period of change.

You are a strong communicator, easily switch between different stakeholders, and know how to set priorities. Thanks to your technical background and project management experience, you are a reliable sparring partner for your team and the organization.

You Also Have:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, with experience in construction or maintenance
• At least 10 years of project management experience and several years of leadership experience
• Language skills: fluent in Dutch and French, and a good command of English
• Analytical skills, structured approach, and result-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of service stations is a plus
