About The Role!

This is a highly hands-on role for a 6 month contract position, supporting the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture (P&C) function at GRNSW. Working closely with the Chief Corporate Services Officer and P&C Business Partners, the P&C Coordinator will play a key role in delivering an efficient and seamless employee experience by ensuring P&C processes, systems, and compliance requirements are managed effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of P&C functions, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in balancing administration with people-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end P&C administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, variations, and exit processes.
  • Maintain and update P&C systems (Employment Hero) to ensure accuracy of employee records, contracts, policies, and compliance data.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including drafting job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment documentation.
  • Prepare P&C-related correspondence, reports, and metrics for management.
  • Assist in the coordination of key P&C initiatives and projects such as reward and recognition, intranet content (SharePoint), workforce development activities, and KPI tracking.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general P&C queries, escalating complex matters where required.
  • Support workplace relations processes by drafting documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Manage workers compensation administration and liaise with insurers and employees.
  • Ensure P&C governance, compliance, and policy administration is up to date and consistently applied.
  • Support the P&C team in delivering the 8 Key Workforce Management Steps: Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding, Relationships, Environment, Development, Performance, and Leaving Well.

About You!

  • Human Resources qualifications and or business-related field.
  • 1-3 year People & Culture experience
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
  • HRIS (Employment Hero) would be wonderful but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive culture and team spirit.
  • Effective communicator and problem solver.
  • High resilience and professional maturity in modeling our company values.
