Job Description Summary:
The Sr. Advisor Strategic Initiatives will serve as strategic support to the Chief Administrative Officer. The Sr. Advisor will partner to advance special projects, organizational initiatives and strategic concepts that will help advance the administrative support for the company. At times, this may be owning a project directly, helping the CAO with her direct accountabilities and/or working with other executives to support them with their initiatives. The Sr. Advisor will often act as project manager for key system projects, manage and monitor fiscal year priorities, budget and ensure key metrics are met. In addition, The Sr. Advisor will work with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization on both strategic and operational initiatives both inside and outside of the CAO functional areas of responsibilities.Responsibilities And Duties:
Work on behalf of Chief Administrative Officer, interacting regularly with senior leaders, the administrative leadership team, finance, and other stakeholders to help advance strategic initiatives.Lead special projects inclusive of assessing the needs, defining and documenting the solutions, and working with various teams and departments across the organization to roll out projects. This will include leading all aspects of the project including scheduling, resourcing, development and implementation to validation and deployment.
Prepare presentations and scripts for internal and external audiences on behalf of the CAO.
Manage the fiscal year project portfolio ensuring project updates are in a consistent format, are accurate and risks mitigated.
Coordinate the strategic planning process, management routines and help plan and execute targeted interventions as needed to support administrative functions.
Guide strategic communication and coordinate efforts to ensure advancement of key strategic priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Deep knowledge of our business.
- Strong writing and presentation creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and sensitive information.
- Ability to interact with leaders and associates at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, communications and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and at time with limited direction.
- Able to work with highly confidential topics.
- Ability to be independent in making decisions on behalf of CAO/CHRO.
- Able to consider tradeoffs and risks to ensure projects move forward.
- Must employ sound judgment in escalating and clear communication to keep stakeholders appropriately informed.
May require travel up to 10% of time
