We are Australia's largest privately owned housing maintenance company, delivering exceptional housing maintenance services nationwide through multiple construction, maintenance, and aged care contracts.

We are currently seeking qualified subcontracting tradespeople and handypersons to support our team on a project-by-project basis. Work will include planned maintenance, responsive call-outs, quoted works and capital projects.

This is a subcontracting opportunity, not a full-time permanent position within the company.

Garden maintenance
Gutter cleaning
Rubbish removal
Window cleaning
General Handyperson services
Electrical
Carpentry / Building
Plumbing
Painting
Tiling
Roofing
Flooring
Asbestos removal and remediation
Fencing
Concreting
Locksmith
Landscaping
Glazier
General Labourer
Gyprocking / Wall Linings
HVAC

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

Your own ABN number
Relevant insurances
Contractors/Builders Licence
National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
White Card essential
Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle
Must have own tools
