What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a Clinical Trainer for our Medical & Training Department.
Given the dynamic nature of our departments, we are proactively reaching out to professionals who may be interested in joining our team. We believe it is crucial to establish connections with individuals who possess the expertise and specialization that align with our growing needs.
The candidate will conduct pre-sales demonstration sessions, present at both national and international conferences, and provide training for INDIBA Aesthetics and K-LASER brands.
Which will be your responsabilities?
- Train and promote INDIBA and/or K-LASER technology to national and international clients, agents, and distributors.
- Ensure accurate recording of conducted training sessions following company procedures.
- Regularly report activity to the direct supervisor.
- Collaborate with the medical and R&D departments for the development of new protocols and applications.
- Address inquiries regarding training content or application from end customers and distributors/agents.
- Acquire knowledge related to Beauty, Medical Aesthetics.
- Adhere to internal regulations, IT policies, Quality System, and company Risk Prevention guidelines.
- What do you need to be a succesful candidate?
- Additional knowledge in areas such as manual lymphatic drainage or pelvic floor therapy is a plus.
- Academic background: Medicine with specialization and experience in Aesthetic Medicine, Advanced Aesthetics, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, dermatology, and medical-aesthetic procedures.
- Experience (2+ years) in aesthetic and medical treatments using medical-aesthetic devices (EBD).
- Familiarity with protocols in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and plastic surgery, ensuring efficacy and safety.
- Clinical training or teaching experience for healthcare professionals will be highly valued.
- Fluent Spanish & English language skills in both verbal and written communication is a must.
- Availability for national and international travels.
- Full-time and permanent contract in a solid and growing company.
