Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As a Administration Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of our organization. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of various departments within the company by providing efficient support and implementing effective processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for all administrative activities within the organisation.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline operations.
- Supervise corporate staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement in processes or systems.
- Oversee administrative duties and tasks of the Country teams.
- Monitor budgets related to corporate services, ensuring expenses are controlled effectively.
- Maintain records related to contracts, licences, insurance policies, etc., ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee vendor relationships including negotiation of contracts and management of service providers.
- Oversee compliance and adoption to the Company Integrated Management System.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management regarding corporate services initiatives.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Client Management
- Sales Administration (incl upkeep of CRM)
- Client Liaison
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations pertaining to corporate services
- Excellent time management skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing administrative functions
- Familiarity with office software and systems
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes
