Based in Belgium, the ServiceNow Tech Lead will work on complex delivery programs for our large-scale clients, leading the technical solution and development for one or multiple streams/modules. This role requires an energetic, confident, and dynamic leader who has solid team management skills, and strong technical acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support large and complex ServiceNow implementation projects, leading one or multiple ServiceNow streams/modules as a technical lead
- Support pre-sales / RFP processes:
- Develop technical solution design and hand over to assigned technical architects and cost architects to create corresponding cost estimates
- Present technology solution to internal approvers
- Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements and develop them into a technical solution
- Own the ServiceNow technical architecture for one or multiple modules
- Mentor and assist with internal staff to develop and improve skills
- Act as customers’ key contact on the proposed technology solution
- Grow and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow technologies and relevant competitive information within the key areas like Service Management, IT Operations, Customer Service Management, HR,…
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow
- ServiceNow CSA, at minimum one ServiceNow CIS, and ServiceNow CAD and ITIL is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technical Consulting
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical delivery on implementation projects.
- Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, …
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Dutch or French are a plus
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with DevOps and Agile engineering practices
