Who Are Pcm?

PCM is the home of project managers working on changes to our fantastic products. This could be changes to the formula, packaging, creating promotional artwork, delisting products or launching brand news ones.

You will spend your time…

leading highly complex projects or programs and influencing senior cross functional stakeholders, building strong & effective working relationships. You will use our Global Project Management Tool (Accolade). You will help to define ways of working when needed and shape the governance structure to suit your project. 

We expect you to be able to…

demonstrate political savvy, pivot/adapt your approach to solve problems, and be a role model for other PCMs supporting your projects. Be able demonstrate good negotiation skills and expect constant change. You will also be able to work well under pressure.

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Proven (technical) project management experience.
• Comfortable working both within and outside established processes.
• Experience in diverse functions (e.g., commercial, product development).
• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Good Presentation Skills.

• Experience managing technical projects.
• Flexible and agile approach.
• Confident presenting and communicating to senior leaders.

This is a 12 months contract. You will be expected to be on site 3 days a week.
