About The Team
Our Product Operations team is part of the Product Innovation organization, building products that customers love. We connect strategy to execution, ensuring product teams build the right things—and build them right—by streamlining workflows, decision-making, and alignment across teams. We support product, design, and research teams with the tools, visibility, and coordination needed to deliver consistent, customer-focused outcomes.
What You’Ll Do
Using a combination of skill, creativity, and leadership, you’ll help AT&T set the vision for a diverse set of future experiences and products, designing out best-in-class experiences for how to build products efficiently and effectively. Map initiatives to business goals and customer priorities; distinguish short-term wins from long-term investments. Identify cross-team dependencies early to prevent delays and facilitate coordinated, timely product launches. Implement shared tools and frameworks for decision-making; provide visibility into enterprise goals and tradeoffs.
Who You Are
As a Product Ops Lead Program Manager, you should be,
- A strategic partner to stakeholders, ensuring experience continuity across end-to-end customer journeys.
- Collaborative, working closely with product, design, and research leaders on overall team vision and strategy.
- Guide for projects from pitch to completion, facilitating team productivity, managing expectations, and providing communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Great facilitator of alignment and communication across disciplines and organizations.
- Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary programs, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and operational best practices.
- Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and able to foster a collaborative environment.
- Thrive in ambiguity, drive decision making, and proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks.

Our Product Ops - Lead Program Manager earns between $130,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
