The Role:

We are seeking an Employee Relations & Onboarding Manager to join our HR department in Belgrade. You will play a crucial role in ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated and supported while driving a fair, engaging, and compliant workplace culture.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to have a direct impact on employee experience and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding Excellence

  • Lead the onboarding process for all new hires in Serbia, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Deliver engaging orientation sessions and improve onboarding materials in line with Concepta’s culture.
  • Partner with managers to prepare integration plans for new team members.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as the main HR contact for employees regarding workplace concerns or conflicts.
  • Handle employee relations issues fairly, consistently, and confidentially.
  • Advise managers on performance management and employee engagement best practices.

3. Compliance & HR Policy

  • Ensure compliance with Serbian labor law and HR standards.
  • Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Support audits and compliance initiatives as required.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Launch and manage initiatives to foster employee satisfaction, retention, and team spirit.
  • Gather feedback through surveys and HR touchpoints to improve culture and processes.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices within the Belgrade office.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of HR experience with focus on employee relations and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of Serbian labor law and HR compliance.
  • Proven ability to handle employee relations cases with discretion and fairness.
  • Experience designing or improving onboarding programs.
  • Excellent communication skills in Serbian and English (written & spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Experience in international e-commerce within an HR department is a must
