Location: Springfield, Missouri (Onsite, Monday-Friday)
Reports to: (Property and Casualty) Software Development, Senior Staff Programmer Analyst

We are seeking a talented Senior Programmer Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about software development, coding, and testing, and have a strong background in Java and object-oriented programming, we are looking forward to connecting.

What You Will Do:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform
• Perform software development, coding, and testing, with a focus on Java and object-oriented programming
• Manage system changes, requests, enhancements, and service requests
• Support and maintain SQL server databases, including data modifications and script writing
• Collaborate with various project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Participate in production deployments and provide rotational on-call support (Estimated, bi-monthly - weekly rotation)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, computer engineering, or relevant work experience/certifications, considered in lieu of degree
• Demonstrated GOSU, Java, and/or object-oriented programming skills
• Familiarity with Guidewire platform and certifications (Beneficial)
• Experience with SQL server databases and relational database management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an agile environment
