Our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in Capital Solutions Group (CSG) works closely with public and private companies, venture capital firms, entrepreneurs and financial sponsors to originate, structure, and execute equity financings such as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, block trades, convertibles and derivatives. The group works closely with many other areas of the firm, particularly equity sales and trading. The team is looking for an Analyst / Associate to join the team in Hong Kong or Beijing.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-6 years of relevant work experience in capital markets / product groups
• Well-rounded academic background from a top tier institution 
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical orientation, with experience performing financial and valuation analysis in Excel or comparable spread sheet tools 
• Prior work experience in an investment bank or financial institution
• Understanding of transaction cycles and the steps in the process 
• Demonstrate maturity to work with all levels of professionals across the firm and external clients
• Possess good judgment to make quick and complex decisions
