Engineering work is completed to build and maintain this natural gas system. 

Who You Are:

  • Are you an ambitious and motivated student who thrives in an environment powered by entrepreneurial spirit and an inspired vision for the future? We want you as our ATCO Gas Contract Construction Transmission Co-op Student! 
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate co-op (or internship) program at a recognized Canadian university. 
  • Have Excellent computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely, using appropriate technical vocabulary. 
  • Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license. 

What You Get To Do:

  • Builds/maintains and updates the Labour, equipment, and time tracking tickets on all projects
  • Assists with invoice approvals / attestation
  • Document control efforts (filing inspeciton reports, welding forms, other QC assembly).
  • Completes cost comparisons for project Risk & effort process (MSA Bid Review)
  • Site visits and general support of engineering construction queries
  • General support of other tasks - controlled standard doc review and updates, Sharepoint folder maintenance, Troubleshooting IT etc.
