Role Purpose
The Director/Senior Director of iChubb Development will lead the design, institutionalization, and governance of the iChubb distribution model in Vietnam. This role is responsible for shaping the strategic framework, compensation structure, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure the iChubb channel achieves sustainable, scalable, and compliant growth.

- Own the iChubb development strategy and governance framework at national level.
- Define and oversee compensation and incentive schemes for IMD and IBP to drive both growth and quality.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Standardize nationwide selection, recruitment, and onboarding for IMD (iChubb Managing Directors) and IBP (iChubb Business Partners).
- Build structured onboarding programs aligned with Agency Director/ABM benchmarks.
- Drive collaboration with Training and Ops for execution excellence.
- Establish KRIs and quality controls to monitor iChubb recruitment and business practices.
- Lead the design of audit and compliance mechanisms.
- Report on risks, controls, and performance to CAO and ExCo.
- Act as the central governance authority for iChubb, influencing senior sales leaders and field adoption.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Regional Office to align governance, contracts, and reporting.
- Represent Chubb Life Vietnam in regional or regulatory discussions on iChubb-related matters.
Key Requirements
- 10–12 years in Agency or Distribution leadership, with direct involvement in governance, compensation, and recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to design frameworks, policies, and governance models at scale
- Strong track record in implementing risk frameworks, KRIs, and compliance controls
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives, regulators, and field leaders
- Deep experience in recruitment governance and leadership pipeline development
- Advanced analytical skills, able to build dashboards and policy models for decision-making
- Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
