The Impact you will have in this role:           

Being a member of Digital Assets team, as a Lead Senior Frontend Engineer your will help drive the development of ground breaking applications. On this position you will be responsible for building and maintaining user interfaces, translating UX/UI designs into functional code, optimizing for speed and scalability, and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and blockchain engineers, writing clean code, and contributing to architectural decisions using JavaScript/Typescript, SCSS technologies, and Angular, React frameworks.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• User Interface Development: create and implement interactive, user-friendly, and visually appealing user interfaces (UIs) for web applications.
• Code Quality and Architecture: develop robust front-end architectures, write high-quality code, and perform code reviews to maintain standards. 
• Performance Optimization: ensure applications are fast, responsive, and scalable across various devices and platforms by optimizing loading times and performance. 
• Technology Adoption: research, evaluate, and adopt new front-end technologies and frameworks (Angular, React) to keep products at the groundbreaking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience

Talents Needed For Success:

• Proven experience as a senior frontend engineer, with a track record of delivering high-quality web applications. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript languages. 
• Expertise in frontend frameworks: Angular and/or React.
• Hands-on experience with RxJS library and state management systems: NGRX, NGXS.
• Experience in writing and support unit tests (Karma, Jasmine, Spectator).
• Strong understanding SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Deep understanding of software development principles, including modular and scalable architecture, performance optimization, and code maintainability. 
• Experience with backend development and REST API integration is a plus. 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to optimally collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in frontend technologies. 

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
