Credit Analyst

General Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Credit Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage the credit relationships for a select group of accounts while supporting the overall operations of the Credit Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and follow up on payments.
• Contact customers to collect past-due balances and process credit/debit memos.
• Prepare daily deposits and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer, credit, and invoice files.
• Review credit applications, financial documents, and security agreements.
• Research and verify credit information, recommending terms for new accounts.
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Proven success in collections and account reconciliation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Experience in the Bike or Winter Sports Industry is a plus.
