Now, we’re breaking ground in Arizona for the very first time—and we’re looking for experienced Lead Cooks to help set the standard for our kitchens and inspire our opening team.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2+ years of BOH experience with some leadership responsibilities
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate kitchen team members
• Strong knowledge of food prep, line execution, and inventory basics
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
What You’ll Do
• Lead daily kitchen operations and set the pace for the team
• Train and mentor cooks to maintain consistency and quality
• Coordinate with Shift Leaders and FOH to keep service seamless
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back of house
