The Role
We are looking for a coordinator to join the Localisation team on a 6-month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational ability, fantastic attention to detail, an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong communication skills
Ideally, we would like to see someone with previous Localisation experience within a fast-paced media environment, however this position could also suit someone with strong project management experience used to managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
Moonbug’s content is aimed at pre-school children, and features dialogue, voice over and vocals. You will be managing the localisation process for multiple shows, live action and animation, in 32+ languages.
The role involves liaising with the production and post-production teams to gather required assets and metadata, conveying these to vendor partners and instructing them to localise both audio and video elements, ensuring that the flow of assets between all parties is seamless.
Coordinators manage projects from greenlight through to delivery, including updating relevant trackers and systems with the status of work in a timely manner, raising purchase orders and approving invoices, reviewing casting materials, and ensuring relevant internal and external stakeholders are aware of progress.

Desired Experience And Qualifications
