Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Cutover Manager for ERP Deployment
As a Cutover Manager you are required to ensure there is successful transition of systems and processes during major project implementations. This position requires strong leadership, meticulous planning, and effective communication skills to manage the cutover phase seamlessly
Key Responsibilities
•    Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed cutover plans that outline all activities, timelines, and resources required for a smooth transition. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
•    Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations during the cutover phase. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges.
•    Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related communications. Ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, issues, and resolutions in a timely manner.
•    Execution: Oversee the execution of cutover activities, ensuring adherence to the plan and addressing any deviations promptly. Facilitate decision-making processes to resolve conflicts or issues.
•    Post-Cutover Support: Provide support during the stabilization period post-cutover, ensuring any residual issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in managing cutover activities for ERP deployments.
•    Strong organizational and project management skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
•    Experience in implementation of ERP systems.
•    Familiarity with change management principles.
•    Certification in project management methodologies like PMP or PRINCE2
