We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant _ Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Lead (Core HR & Other Modules)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Lead to manage the implementation, enhancement, and support of Core HR and adjacent HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of functional expertise and technical hands-on skills across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, with the ability to lead client engagements and mentor team members.

• Responsibilities
• • Lead requirement gathering sessions with Finance/AP teams.
• • Configure Fusion AP setups (suppliers, invoice options, payment terms, tolerances, withholding tax, bank accounts).
• • Support invoice processing (manual, scanned, FBDI, and integrated) including 2-way/3-way match.
• • Configure and troubleshoot AP approvals using BPM rules.
• • Manage payment processing (check, ACH, wire, SEPA, integration with banks).
• • Handle withholding tax, TDS, and 1099/Statutory reporting.
• • Provide support for period close activities and reconciliation with GL.
• • Create/Review functional design documents (reports, conversions, interfaces).
• • Assist with testing (SIT, UAT), end-user training, and hypercare.
• • Ensure compliance with audit and internal controls.

• Minimum Qualifications:
• BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA
• Required Qualifications:
• • Strong experience in Oracle Financials, with good experience in Fusion Cloud AP.
• • Strong knowledge of AP setups and end-to-end invoice-to-pay process.
• • Expertise in BPM workflows, SLA accounting rules, FBDI templates, OTBI/BI Publisher.
• • Good understanding of integration touchpoints with GL, Procurement, Expenses, and Payments.
