As a Executive Director, Product Portfolio Head of Business Management within the Trust & Security Portfolio, you provide strategic leadership and guidance across teams. You help us deliver clear reporting, effective governance, and agile practices while managing risks and refining business priorities. Your work ensures we grow responsibly and respond to emerging challenges. Together, we make a meaningful impact on our company and those we serve.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and orchestrate Trust &Security Portfolio planning and tech funding, coordinating across the CCB Lines of Business
  • Oversee product management activities, ensuring alignment with CCB strategic goals and objectives
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and foster clear communication flow for strategic alignment across the T&S Portfolio and the supporting technology teams
  • Serve as a key advisor, partnering with product and tech stakeholders to influence strategic priorities and foster global collaboration
  • Set the standards for product adherence to controls and guidelines set by the CCB Agility Office. (JIRA and Align Hygiene)
  • Manage the annual budget to maintain operational excellence and efficiency including advancing the artificial intelligence (AI) and optimization agenda in collaboration with product and tech leadership
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, and project management experience to inspire impactful change
  • Lead and mentor a global team, guiding organizational direction and talent development, oversee headcount to optimize resource allocation and drive high-quality outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience in technology or product management within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated leadership in product or technology development, with experience in project and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in the use of Jira, Align, Confluence, and MS Office tools, with strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and drive innovation
  • Knowledge of development and project management methodologies, best practices, and tools such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Experience working with diverse teams across different locations and cultures
  • High attention to details; follows through to ensure product accuracy and comprehensiveness

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working with financial, risk or technology organizations.
  • Experience taking complex and ambiguous information and refining it into meaningful content and clear action plans.
  • Knowledge of AI / LLM tools available for internal use.
