Product Owner- Content Delivery Services - Associate

As a Product Management Associate within the Content Delivery Services team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of key programs, assist in strategic initiatives, and partner with technology teams to ensure adherence to service level agreements. You will engage with partner teams to realign responsibilities and monitor project progress, contributing to the success of our products and programs..

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business stakeholders, to support the delivery of key programs such as IPB KYC Document Digitization, Cloud Migration, and Platform Modernization (PMOD).
• Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of strategic initiatives, including the Max Retention Policy and Data Product/Mesh for IPB Content Manager.
• Support the design and implementation of CDS bulk document upload and download capabilities.
• Partner with the technology team to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and provide support for platform-related inquiries and incidents.
• Contribute to the reshuffling of responsibilities within the team to address critical roadmap deliverables and maintain governance.
• Engage with partner teams to realign "jobs to be done" and facilitate the handoff of work for key programs.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role, within the financial services or technology sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in driving innovation and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills:

• Familiarity with content management systems, cloud migration, and document digitization processes is a plus.
