The U.S. Consumer Services Team (USCS) is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Sr. Manager of Enablement Training and Operations will be responsible for designing and managing training programs to ensure the 120+ marketers on the U.S. Consumer Marketing Enablement Team (MET) have the skills and resources needed to execute campaigns effectively and compliantly. This role will drive operational excellence by standardizing workflows, documenting best practices, and continuously optimizing training material. They will partner with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, ensure consistent application of processes, and monitor training effectiveness to maximize team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Enablement: Analyze marketer experience and craft an on-the-job, skill-focused marketer program scalable across prospect, customer, and partner marketing enablement teams
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure training programs and day-to-day practices align with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines, promoting consistent, high-quality marketing execution
  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing learner performance, engagement metrics, and feedback from marketers. Use insights to refine curriculum, enhance skill development, and drive continuous improvement across MET

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with and passion for cross-team leadership and establishing a team culture committed to personal development, team engagement and skill maturity
  • Project and team management expertise, balancing short and long-term needs to drive projects to completion across many teams, functions and levels
  • Impressive planning and organization with ability to lead highly interdependent, complex initiatives and keep various workstreams on track
  • Bachelor'S Degree Preferred

  • Excellent collaborator with outstanding verbal and written skills to independently influence across and upwards
  • Experience with organizational effectiveness or training curriculum development preferred
  • Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
