Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated graduates to join our AI and Digital practice as entry-level professionals to work on large scale government digital transformation projects. This role is designed to provide holistic exposure across data analytics, data science, and solution architecture, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies including deep learning, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs). The position offers a structured learning environment and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collection, cleansing, validation, and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Apply statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and deep learning frameworks for exploratory and predictive analysis.
• Contribute to the design and prototyping of GenAI and LLM-driven solutions (chatbots, summarization tools, recommendation systems).
• Support solution architects in preparing high-level and low-level designs for data and AI platforms.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of analytical and AI models under senior supervision.
• Communicate insights and technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel  and programming languages such as Python, R.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and data structures.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Academic exposure to machine learning, deep learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and GenAI/LLM concepts.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI/Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Academic projects, certifications, or internships in data analytics, AI/ML, or cloud platforms will be an advantage.
