The Customer Success Manager (Renewals) plays a critical role in ensuring long-term success with our clients. This position is dedicated to post-implementation client management, focusing on relationship building, executing renewals, and driving account growth. They lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), proactively mitigate retention risks, and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities to further embed Krista within client organizations. This role also serves as an internal customer advocate, raising product enhancement requests and leveraging our partner network to maximize customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client executives, platform authors, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate results, adoption, and strategic alignment.
  • Act as Krista’s ongoing representative within client organizations after implementation.

Renewal and Retention Focus

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to annual renewals.
  • Collaborate with clients and Krista’s internal teams to resolve issues and ensure long-term satisfaction.


Requisitos

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or renewals (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software).
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team on upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience leading executive-level meetings (e.g., QBRs).
  • Track record of driving renewals and mitigating customer churn risks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and account management tools.
  • Experience with AI, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and delivering joint solutions.
  • Background in customer advocacy or product feedback loops.
