Hi, we’re Mark and Paul, and we started over 15 years ago. 

PAM Digital Solutions partners with health institutions to help people take meaningful steps forward in life. We’ve built up our expertise in marketing, customer support and insurance services, making sure clients get everything they need once they walk through the door of a clinic.

We’re focusing on building digital tools that power our business. We’re developing our own CRM system, creating (mobile) apps, and we want digital systems to run smoothly.

We’re looking for a Product Owner who is motivated, communicative, and ready to take ownership of our digital tools. 

You’ll work closely with our developers and stakeholders, turning business needs into clear technical requirements while ensuring high quality and focus. This role is hands-on and offers plenty of space to grow into a broader product leadership position.

In This Role, You Will:

🗺️ Own the roadmap and backlog of our in-house CRM and oversee its rollout to new business units

📱 Coordinate the development of a new mobile app from concept to launch

📊 Improve our internal dashboard and optimize other SaaS solutions we rely on

🤝 Act as the bridge between stakeholders and developers, ensuring clear communication and priorities

🛠️ Manage tasks and progress using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira

⚡ Balance multiple projects while keeping focus and momentum

⏰ This is a full-time role, working in the Europe/Amsterdam time zone (GMT +2).

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ 3+ years experience as Product Owner, Junior Product Manager, or Project Coordinator
✅ Excellent communication skills; able to make technical concepts clear for non-technical colleagues
✅ Precise, critical thinker, perfect in English
✅ Familiar with agile development practices and project management tools
✅ Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn (coding not required)
✅ A hands-on, problem-solving mindset—someone who takes initiative

Brownie Points For:

⭐ Familiarity with tools like Asana/Trello/Jira
⭐ Experience working with CRMs
⭐ Basic knowledge of HTML

You’re a structured, proactive communicator who’s tech-minded (but not necessarily a coder). You’re intelligent, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of projects early in your career. You think critically, act with precision, and are motivated by learning and growth.
