In-N-Out Burger is looking for a Business Systems Product Owner – HRIS  located in the  Irvine, CA office* to guide the vision and roadmap of our HR systems. The business systems product owner oversees the strategic vision and management of the business systems applications and platforms. They will be responsible for the creation and execution of product roadmaps that align company strategic initiatives with industry best practices and resourcing capability/capacity and work across business systems platforms and applications to plan value added solutions for In-N-Out Burger. This position will be responsible for the strategic development of each business system domain and platform throughout the product lifecycle, from inception to retirement. This will include the gathering of products requirements through industry best practices, user feedback, the monitoring of product metrics/KPI’s and data driven analysis on business processes/needs. This position will work closely with Information Systems and business system administration teams to ensure strategic product development aligns with industry standard system management processes. The position will also work in tandem with enterprise architecture to ensure that product initiatives align with company objectives regarding the management of technical debt and policies. 
*This role is based full time in office
General Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the HRIS product roadmap, including KPIs and timelines
• Define and communicate product vision to align with business needs
• Establish product quality and performance standards for HRIS platforms
• Incorporate user feedback and data analytics to improve functionality
• Partner with IS, system administrators, and release management for smooth deployments
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to ensure compliance with governance and policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time position, Exempt
• Onsite, in office hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Department needs will call for occasional overtime

• Salary Pay Range: $106,000 - $133,000* 

*Represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of technology project/program management experience
• 5+ years of HR/business application solution design or similar experience
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Asana, JIRA, and ServiceNow
• Business systems or platform-related certifications (preferred)

Work Location Details
In-N-Out Burger plans to bring its west coast headquarters team back together under one roof by the end of 2029. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company’s western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948.
Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029.
