Work You’Ll Do
The SOC (Security Operations Center) Project Manager Analyst is responsible for assisting with the personnel and operations of local analysts assigned to regional areas of responsibility, monitoring Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) within the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with experience in cyber project management, SOC operations, cyber metrics, DoD regulations, and cybersecurity fundamentals, supporting technical teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations and personnel management of regional SOC analysts monitoring OT and ICS environments.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of strategic roadmaps for SOC and cyber initiatives.
- Create and maintain project management documentation, including schedules, status reports, and deliverables trackers.
- Develop and update organizational charts for SOC teams and related functions.
- Respond to strategic and ad-hoc requests for slide decks and presentations.
- Collect, analyze, and report on cyber metrics to support operational and executive decision-making.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support training and development plans for cyber professionals, ensuring alignment with Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (CSWF) standards.
- Maintain detailed records of accomplishments, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and cybersecurity best practices in all SOC activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams and clients to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
- Maintain an on-site presence as required (3-5 days per week).

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cyber project management or SOC operations.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 3-5 days per week in Port Hueneme, CA.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments.
- Knowledge of SOC operations, cyber metrics, and reporting practices.
- Understanding of DoD regulations and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience with project management documentation and tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain organizational charts and training plans.
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (CSWF) standards.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
