Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to join our team! The National Accounts Coordinator serves as the primary customer service contact for LG&E National Accounts customers & distributors.

• Sets up and maintains all new National Accounts & pricing on National Accounts
• Responsible for processing customer pass thru billing in a timely & quality fashion
• Initiates contact and follow-up with customer inquiries and disputes
• Serves as a point of contact for outside distributors

What You Will Be Doing:

• Accountable for AR, DSO, aging’s, credits & bad debt performance on assigned accounts
• Maintains positive customer relationships
• Other duties as assigned
• High School Education/GED is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 1+ years customer service/office environment experience
• 1+ years collections experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, JDE and OBIEE
• Effective communication skills & organizational skills
