About the Role
We’re looking for a Development Business Analyst to join our M3 Purchase and Manufacturing application team. Here, you’ll work with M3, a Java-based ERP system supporting purchasing, warehouse management, manufacturing, sales, and finance. You’ll play a key role in developing and supporting applications that drive our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in requirement analysis and stakeholder discussions
• Analyze and resolve bug tickets
• Develop conceptual and detailed solution designs
• Collaborate daily with business analysts and software developers
• Ensure quality assurance and support test automation
• Document new features
• Conduct demos, presentations, and training for stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate efforts for new feature development
• Provide feedback and support to team members

• Academic degree in engineering, systems science, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Swedish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with purchasing, manufacturing, or logistics operations
• Interest or experience in software design and development
• Skills in system design, quality assurance, or database management
• Basic knowledge of Java programming
