The Opportunity:
Warehouse activities relating to pharmaceutical products in compliance with Astellas quality procedures and regulatory requirements. Sales & distribution functions ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and deliveries reach their destination globally.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution, in alignment with GMP and GDP standards.
• Assist in analyzing supply chain performance data to identify inefficiencies, forecast demand accurately, and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Quality, Production, and Regulatory Affairs—to ensure compliant and timely delivery of materials and finished products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain resilience, minimizing risk.

Education:

• Studying a 3rd level degree in Business/Scientific or Technical discipline.

Additional information:

• This is a student placement position.
• Position is based in Kerry – Ireland.
• This position is Fully Onsite.
• Placement run’s from Jan 26 – Aug 26.
