The Opportunity:
Warehouse activities relating to pharmaceutical products in compliance with Astellas quality procedures and regulatory requirements. Sales & distribution functions ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and deliveries reach their destination globally.
Key Activities for this role:

• Assist in coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical materials in compliance with GMP and GDP guidelines.
• Support inventory management processes, including stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and materials tracking using ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials to production lines and dispatch of finished goods.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse, focusing on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Education:

• Studying a 3rd level degree in Business/Scientific or Technical discipline.

Additional information:

• This is a student placement position.
• Position is based in Kerry – Ireland.
• This position is Fully Onsite.
• Placement runs from Jan 26 – Aug 26.
