Responsibilities:

• Optimize rental listings weekly by updating titles, rearranging pictures, and incorporating strategic keywords into descriptions
• Manage and optimize pricing through PriceLabs software on a weekly basis
• Analyze performance data and settings to improve listing rankings and revenue
• Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market data and listing performance
• Maintain listings across multiple platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking channels
• Work within Hostaway property management software to coordinate optimization efforts

Scopes:

• Part-time position starting at less than 10 hours per week
• Potential for growth to increased hours during busy season (April-August)
• Flexible schedule with no customer-facing responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with administrative tasks and rental platforms
• Knowledge of short-term rental industry tools and optimization strategies
