Job Description
We’re seeking a talented Social Media Assistant with strong graphic design capabilities to join our growing medical spa team. This role offers the perfect blend of creative design work and strategic social media management, allowing you to showcase your artistic skills while building brand awareness in the exciting beauty and wellness sector. You’ll create compelling visual content that attracts clients seeking transformative aesthetic treatments, working directly with leadership to develop engaging marketing strategies. Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching social media graphics and visual content using professional design tools like Canva
- Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across multiple platforms
- Create compelling marketing materials that showcase aesthetic treatments and wellness services
- Manage and maintain a consistent brand presence across all digital channels
- Perform essential administrative support including data entry into Excel and business management systems
- Access and efficiently navigate various business software platforms and proprietary systems
- Support comprehensive marketing initiatives with focus on the medical aesthetics and beauty industry
- Handle routine administrative tasks that keep business operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Demonstrated graphic design expertise with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing creative abilities and professional-quality work (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Proven social media marketing experience with deep understanding of platform best practices and engagement strategies
- Advanced proficiency in design tools, particularly Canva, with ability to create professional marketing materials
- Strong administrative skills including Excel proficiency and accurate data entry capabilities
- Experience in medical spa, beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry highly preferred and valued
- Marketing agency background or similar professional marketing experience strongly desired
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
