Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Assistant with strong graphic design capabilities to join our growing medical spa team. Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching social media graphics and visual content using professional design tools like Canva
• Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across multiple platforms
• Create compelling marketing materials that showcase aesthetic treatments and wellness services
• Manage and maintain a consistent brand presence across all digital channels
• Perform essential administrative support including data entry into Excel and business management systems
• Access and efficiently navigate various business software platforms and proprietary systems
• Support comprehensive marketing initiatives with focus on the medical aesthetics and beauty industry
• Handle routine administrative tasks that keep business operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Demonstrated graphic design expertise with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing creative abilities and professional-quality work (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
• Proven social media marketing experience with deep understanding of platform best practices and engagement strategies
• Advanced proficiency in design tools, particularly Canva, with ability to create professional marketing materials
• Strong administrative skills including Excel proficiency and accurate data entry capabilities
• Experience in medical spa, beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry highly preferred and valued
• Marketing agency background or similar professional marketing experience strongly desired
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
