Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major e-commerce expansion project while building expertise across multiple aspects of online retail operations. You’ll spearhead the development of 100+ product pages over the next 2-3 months, each requiring SEO optimization and strategic positioning. Beyond this exciting build out project, you’ll become an integral part of daily operations, managing fulfillment processes, providing customer support, and maintaining store functionality. The role offers tremendous growth potential, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities across multiple business ventures, making this an ideal position for someone looking to develop comprehensive business operations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and optimization of 100+ product pages with proper SEO implementation and meta tag configuration
• Manage comprehensive Shopify platform administration and daily operational tasks
• Coordinate order fulfilment processes and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience
• Provide exceptional customer support including order tracking assistance and general inquiries
• Maintain and continuously optimize existing product listings and overall store functionality
• Support ongoing store maintenance, updates, and performance optimization initiatives
• Potential expansion into bookkeeping and administrative support for additional business operations
• Collaborate directly with business owner on strategic growth initiatives and process improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify platform administration, customization, and page development
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, meta tag optimization, and e-commerce best practices
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce fulfilment processes and logistics coordination
• Excellent customer service skills with experience handling inquiries and problem resolution
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on large-scale projects with minimal supervision
• Exceptional attention to detail for product page development and quality assurance
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and expand skill set across various business functions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
