Job Description

Main Tasks:

  • Active participation in overall payroll process – from data collection stage to post payroll reporting stage,
  • Cooperation with an outsourced payroll provider to calculate salaries for about 1 300 employees in Poland,
  • Entering and verifying accuracy of data in payroll related systems,
  • Benefits administration in cooperation with benefit providers including retaining documentation,
  • Support for inquiries from ZUS, Labor Inspection, bailiff, others as necessary,
  • Support for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits,
  • Processing working time records on payroll (absences, holidays, overtime),
  • Ability to handle external and internal ad hoc requests (reporting, additional analysis),
  • Working as part of our Payroll/Benefits Team I Europe.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in similar Payroll/Benefits/Administration position,
  • Practical knowledge of labor law, tax law and social insurance law,
  • Good knowledge of English written and oral,
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite in particular Excel,
  • Knowledge of Workday will be an advantage,
  • Strong Interpersonal, Organizational, Problem solving, and Analytical skills required,
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs,
  • Ability to work to meet deadlines.
