Head - Raw Material (FA & GYPSUM)

Lead the procurement raw material team and oversee the sourcing and procurement of raw materials required for cement production.
•
Develop and implement strategic procurement strategies to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply of raw materials.
•
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and secure the best quality materials.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material requirements and optimize inventory levels while minimizing holding costs.
•
Monitor market trends and identify potential risks or opportunities related to raw material supply, pricing, and availability.
•
Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards in the sourcing and procurement processes.
•
Implement innovative solutions to streamline procurement operations and enhance efficiency.
•
Provide leadership and mentorship to the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
•
Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier management to senior management.
•
Contribute to the development and execution of the overall procurement and supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.

Qualification : BE /B Tech Experience
  Experience  : 20-25 years of progressive experience in the Cement industry. Demonstrated track record of                                     success in Raw material procurement leadership roles.
