We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Partner to join our team and take a leading role in driving large-scale, transformative projects across Public Sector customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are seeking a senior sales leader with a consultative mindset to drive growth in KSA. You should be someone who listens deeply, understands the broader customer context, and guides clients toward optimal strategies for building and operating high-performance data centers on a scale. Whether it’s optimizing existing infrastructure, validating ambitious plans, or co-designing greenfield deployments, you will be at the heart of shaping tomorrow’s data infrastructure.

What You’Ll Do
Lead Strategic Customer Engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to Public Sector stakeholders and organizations, engaging deeply to understand their strategic needs, challenges, and ambitions.
- Translate complex requirements into tailored solution roadmaps that may include design validation, full-stack integration, or infrastructure optimization.
- Drive meaningful conversations with public sector stakeholders and organizations, positioning Submer as a long-term innovation partner.
Drive Commercial Growth
- Lead strategic sales initiatives focused on Public Sector large/giga-projects.
- Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities that align with Submer’s value proposition around sustainable, scalable infrastructure.
- Monitor industry trends, funding programs (e.g., PIF-backed AI and digital transformation initiatives), and regulatory developments to anticipate market shifts.
Foster Cross-Collaboration
- Partner closely with Solution Architects and internal teams (Design & Build, R&D, Marketing, Customer Support, AI Cloud) to co-develop proposals that deliver measurable business value.
- Align regional initiatives with Submer’s global strategy, ensuring consistent execution and messaging.
- Provide structured feedback to product and R&D teams based on customer and market needs.
Build long-term partnerships and market presence
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with public stakeholders and organizations, strategic partners, and ecosystem players.
- Support customers beyond the sale to ensure long-term success and expand collaboration opportunities.
- Represent Submer at key industry events, forums, and government initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the Kingdom.
What You’Ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA or postgrad preferred).
- Proven track record in consultative, strategic sales, specifically within the public sector or government environments.
- Experience navigating the complexities of public sector procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of data center, cloud, and IT infrastructure ecosystems, including design, integration, sustainability, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, high-impact initiatives, such as regional deployments, hyperscale data centers, or government-funded initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers in public organizations.
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify opportunities through dialogue, data, and stakeholder insights.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills across diverse public sector entities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
