Job Description

Main Tasks Include:

• Translate customer needs into product ideas, prototypes and finally serial products based on clear specifications and business cases
• Design, detailing and generating of production drawings
• Develop formwork solutions based on local available raw materials, production possibilities and defined quality levels
• Product support and maintenance of serial products
• Conduct statical pre-calculations
• Develop and test functional samples, prototypes and preproduction-series
• Execute and observe tests on national and international sites for further improvement
• Process tests for final accreditation of pre-series

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker who shows an accurate and structured way of working and is a good team player. In addition, we look for the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical/Metal Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience in the construction or formwork industry, preferably in the Asian market
• In-depth understanding of dependency between product specifications and production costs
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Familiar with different manufacturing and design standards in APAC region
• Strong team player and creative in finding daily solutions
• Excellent proficiency in English, any local Asian language skills are a definite plus
• Willingness to travel
