We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, pizza-loving Technical Product Owner (Customer and Loyalty) to lead one of our next-gen loyalty experiences at Pizza Hut. As the Technical Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the customer while partnering closely with design, engineering, and data science teams to bring a new digital experience to life for our loyalty arm.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Execute the vision established by the Sr. Product Manager.
  • Own the lifecycle of the Customer and Loyalty product and experience.
  • Manage sprint iterations and Agile ceremonies like stand-up, storyboarding, retrospective, etc.
  • Maintain and communicate weekly status updates.
  • Track work progress and manage predictability.
  • Manage team backlog and prioritize items.

Delivery & Execution:

  • Create requirements and synthesize them into user stories; break requirements into iterative sprint-sized stories to optimize speed-to-value.
  • Function as the liaison between the business customer (quality) and the development organizations (security, legal, development, and the data team).
  • Develop project plans and participate in the release process - manage risks, communicate product needs, and surface issues to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in stand-ups, grooming/planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives. Foster team collaboration, co-creation, and open communication.
  • Understand the customer’s needs and translate those into business requirements.
  • Ensure requests are prioritized, progress is clearly communicated, and deliverables accurately pertain to user requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst required.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories), modern software development practices (test-driven development), and tools (Jira, Confluence) required.
  • Strong preference for candidates with e-commerce (customer/loyalty) experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Broad technical knowledge and experience with system data flows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience.
  • Experience with managing and delivering an app product is a plus.
