We are seeking a driven and strategic professional to lead the development and ownership of our global production planning and customer order scheduling processes. This role plays a key part in shaping how we operate across all factories worldwide, ensuring harmonized practices, efficient tools, and impactful reporting.

Location is in Vantaa, Finland (or other major Valmet Flow Control site).

Who Is The Professional We Are Looking For?

• Act as the global process owner for production planning and customer order scheduling, including tools, reporting, and lead time management.
• Drive the development and implementation of planning tools across new countries and sites.
• Train and support local teams in adopting global processes and best practices.
• Define and develop common KPIs to support performance management across global teams.
• Ensure efficient utilization of planning tools and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales Support, Project Units, and external partners to enhance systems and tools.

To Be Successful In This Role

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of M3 ERP, Kinaxis, Power BI, MS Office, and Lean tools.
• Proven track record in process development and implementation.
• Experience in global manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in English; Finnish is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and across cultures.
