Team Introduction
Our Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
1. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and activate end-to-end integrated campaigns, including events, training sessions, case studies, and collaterals that showcase TikTok’s advertising solutions and drive business growth.
2. Organizing Key Moments & IP: Lead the planning and execution of signature events and IP activations and other B2C moments to strengthen TikTok’s brand presence.
3. PR, ATL & BTL Campaigns: Design and manage PR, above-the-line (ATL), and below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives to maximize TikTok’s brand and product visibility.
4. Advertiser & Agency Engagement: Create compelling messaging, narratives, and marketing collaterals to effectively engage and attract advertisers and agencies in the Vietnamese market.
5. Localization & Trans-creation: Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to localize campaigns for Vietnam, ensuring cultural relevance through trans-created creative assets.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, PR, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive impactful B2B marketing programs tailored for Vietnam.
