About The Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support TikTok’s Creator Marketing team to oversee GTM strategy and execution for product priorities. This candidate will be responsible for developing product marketing campaigns, GTM plans, and operational frameworks that elevate TikTok's global creator presence and drive full-funnel product adoption.
This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with employees working in the office three days per week or as directed by management.


Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global product marketing programs, campaigns, and activations that drive perception and behavioral outcomes—ensuring each initiative drives measurable impact and global relevance.
- Oversee on and off-platform campaigns from brief, creative development, media plan, campaign execution, to post-campaign measurement and insights to drive perception and behavioral outcomes.
- Develop and deliver GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, narratives and value-props backed by data, insights, and research.
- Project manage global product marketing operations and SOPs. Identify opportunities to improve and optimize operational excellence to increase speed to market and drive alignment with cross-functional partners.
- Develop playbooks, toolkits, product marketing processes and frameworks to guide regional teams in executing standardized, scalable marketing programs—ensuring consistency while allowing for local adaptation.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Product, Legal, Comms, Procurement, Sales, etc) and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and alignment with broader company objectives.
- Drive strong collaboration between regional teams and provide strategic consultation and guidance on local campaign and product marketing executions. Create forums for ongoing dialogue and knowledge-sharing across regions.
