TikTok Shop - Logistics Operation Manager, CBT - Seattle

TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design of the forward and reverse fulfillment links (pickup, sorting, trunk line, last-mile) of local logistics in the US and the design of express network planning.
- Responsible for indicators related to the timeliness, cost, and experience of the performance route, building an operational system, tracking daily operational data, following up on daily operational matters, and coordinating logistics provider resources to ensure the steady and continuous improvement of various operational indicators.
- Based on the performance issues at different stages of the business, it can drive relevant departments to carry out special project optimization on logistics performance issues and collaborate with all relevant departments to enhance the cross-border logistics performance experience.
- In terms of strategy implementation, promote each industry team to implement logistics industry solutions in a targeted manner based on priorities; during the process, track the progress of each item through data and promptly optimize and iterate on strategies that fall short of expectations.
