Role Description
Join the award-winning InterContinental Phuket Resort as our Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and play a pivotal role in shaping the resort’s world-class dining experiences. You will lead service operations across 7 distinctive award winning F&B concepts — including Michelin-recognized venues — while supporting the launch of 3 new destination concepts over the next 12 months. In this full-time, on-site leadership position, you will:

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with the culinary and service teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Manage budgets and operational costs while driving revenue performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support resort-wide initiatives and elevate brand standards.
• Work closely with the Director of F&B to plan, execute, and continuously improve day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Open for all nationality and local package only
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Current FBM / ADFB at large-scale R&B
• Pre-opening & Michelin/Best 50 exposure a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ready to step up to Director of F&B in 12–18 months
• Experience in Thailand & luxury hospitality is a must
