Job Description :
1. Strategic Analysis And Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to gather data and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Analyze internal and external factors that may impact the Bank's strategy, performance, and objectives.
- Assist in analyzing Organization Structure and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
2. Strategic Planning Support:
- Support the strategic planning team in developing and updating the Bank's strategic plan.
- Assist in creating and maintaining strategic planning documents, including mission and vision statements, goals, and action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional working units to gather input and insights for strategy development
- Strategy Implementation and Execution
- Communication, Information and Data Management:
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by coordinating with relevant working units and stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of strategic projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely execution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among different working units to foster a cohesive approach towards strategic goals.
- Collaborating with project managers/owners to address any challenges or bottlenecks in strategy implementation
4. Performance Monitoring And Reporting:
- Assist in developing and implementing performance measurement systems to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Generate reports to communicate the Bank's strategic performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations for strategy refinement.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Conduct research and compile reports on various topics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Organize and maintain a centralized repository of important documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring easy accessibility for the CEO.
6. Confidentiality And Discretion:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, respecting the CEO's privacy and privacy protocols.
- Handle confidential documents and communications in a secure and professional manner.
