We are looking for an experienced HR Systems, Controlling & People Analytics Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our HR technology landscape, workforce analytics, and HR controlling processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that HR operations are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives. You will serve as the bridge between HR, Finance, and IT, ensuring accurate data, meaningful insights, and effective use of systems to support decision-making.
As an HR Systems, Controlling & People Analytics Lead, you will:
- Own and manage HRIS platforms, ensuring stability, usability, and continuous improvement;
- Partner with IT and vendors to implement new functionalities and optimize existing tools;
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives across HR processes;
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR);
- Develop, manage, and monitor HR expenses budget in close collaboration with Finance;
- Track personnel costs, headcount, and workforce planning metrics;
- Provide monthly and quarterly HR controlling reports for leadership;
- Establish and drive a people analytics strategy to provide actionable workforce insights;
- Build dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, productivity);
- Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and deliver data-driven recommendations;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- BSc/MSc in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field;
- At least 5+ years of proven work experience in HR systems, HR controlling, and people analytics;
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar);
- Proven experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent);
- Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and financial controlling;
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills in both Greek & English languages;
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills;
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
- A positive, “can-do” attitude; and
- Ability to provide HR market insights and translate data into business insights.
